Return & Refund Policy
At ORIANA, we want you to love your purchase. If you experience any issue with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of our hair oil products, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

We only accept returns for:

• damaged products
• incorrect items received
• defective products

To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be unused and unopened
• the request must be made within 3 days of delivery
• proof of purchase and clear photos must be provided

Refunds

Once your request is reviewed and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 10-45  business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
